Here you will find all gel colours both oil based and water based.
Oil based are ideal for fat based products especialy chocolate as it prevents splitting and seizing. Although they are also still suitable for fondant.

Swiss Meringue
Buttercream
Chocolate
Fondant
Ganache
Cake Batter
Anything else containing delicious fats & oils.
Water based gels are more concentrated and are ideal for colouring all food products, except for chocolate and ganache. They will work well in buttercream even though it is a fat based product.
